These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spotless private beta (the “Service”), operated by Triple Lloyd, LLC. By requesting access or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Invite-only beta

Access to the Service is by invitation only. We may grant, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time, at our discretion.

Confidentiality

The Service and any non-public information you learn through it are confidential. Please do not share screenshots, features, or access with others without our permission.

Pre-release — provided “as is”

The Service is a pre-release beta provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. It may be incomplete, may change, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Spotless does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice; you are responsible for your own records and decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple Lloyd, LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the beta or your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
